Unpacking and setup
Allow your mattress to fully expand after unpacking. This can take up to 72 hours. Place it on a flat, supportive base straight away. Do not bend, fold, or sleep on the mattress during expansion.

Protection
Always use a mattress protector. This helps protect against spills, sweat, dust, and allergens. A protector also helps maintain hygiene and warranty conditions.

Rotation
Rotate your mattress head to toe every 3 to 6 months. This promotes even wear and helps maintain comfort and support. Do not flip unless the mattress is specifically designed to be flippable.

Cleaning
Vacuum the mattress surface occasionally to remove dust. Spot clean spills immediately using mild detergent and cold water. Do not soak the mattress. Do not use bleach, steam cleaners, or harsh chemicals.

Support and use
Use a bed base that provides even and consistent support. Avoid standing, jumping, or placing heavy pressure on the mattress. This can damage internal layers.

Ventilation
Allow your mattress to breathe by regularly airing the room. Remove bedding occasionally to release trapped moisture. Avoid placing the mattress in direct sunlight or damp areas.
